Samsung continues to be one of the largest TV manufacturers in the industry and a company that invests heavily in the development of OLED technology. The Korean manufacturer is working on a new generation of models that will bear the name QLED. According to the data they can appear on the market “soon” after two years and “later” after five years. The new Samsung QLED TVs still believe that they can present them to the market in 2018.

The new generation of TVs to Samsung will also use Quantum Dot, but will now have OLED panels, which is why the name QLED.
