Acer Leapware: New Smartwatch unveiled with fitness focus

Acer today used its event in New York City also to present Acer Leapware, a smartwatch with the fitness focus. The wearable device has an integrated heart rate monitor as well as other biosensors that can, among other things, determine the user’s stress level.
Acer today introduced a new SmartWatch called Leapware at an event in New York City in addition to various notebooks and other devices.
The device is powered by the MediaTek MT2523 chipset and positioned by the Taiwanese manufacturer primarily as a fitness tracker.
